Class Schedule

Classes are appropriate for all ages, abilities, and backgrounds. Learn beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced self and assisted stretches from our experienced instructors and class participants. Variations of each exercise are always available to accomodate different levels of experience. Classes include information on how each stretch affects the physical, spiritual, emotional, and psychological body. Did we mention they're lots of fun too?!

All classes are drop-in. No registration necessary. Come on in!
