This workshop is perfect for anyone who experiences ankle, knee, and back instability and pain!

You will learn self stretches and a few assisted stretches that target your lower body, particularly pain in your ankles, knees, and low back.

All levels of stretchers are welcome and will benefit. Beginners will learn the basic principles of stretching with resistance. We modify poses on the spot to meet your individual needs. Stretchers with more experience can get pointers and feedback from trainers John and Beryl to fine tune their stretching techniques.

Everyone will learn about the physical, psychological, emotional and spiritual benefits that Resistance Flexibility develops in a person. RFST is an unprecedented body-mind map for how YOU work! Join us for this workshop and learn more about yourself through Resistance Flexibility.

Cost: $100 (cash or check)
