I've been interested in the body, nutrition and health creation for a long time. It started in high school. I tried many different training methods and diets to upgrade my performance in soccer, baseball and golf. In college, I dove deeper and continued to train and compete while studying Human Biology at Dartmouth. I interned with former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. C. Everett Koop and helped run his preventative medicine institute. I conducted liver disease and toxicity research, studied public health in the developing world and worked for a diabetes nutritional company.

When I attended the opening of the Genius of Flexibility - Boston in 2008, I was blown away. I ran my fastest 5K ever the day after my first class. I've been enjoying stretching every day since. The best part is, the most valuable changes I've experienced by transforming my physical body are not physical, but emotional and spiritual. My favorite aspect of this work is how we use the physical body as a map to develop emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. The 16 Genetic Personality Types (GPT) system will revolutionize any field it touches.

I think there are a million roads into this work - everyone's story is unique and personal. I look forward to stretching with you and hearing yours.

Some other things I enjoy: screenwriting, hunting down the healthiest products in the world, traveling, hiking, reading and running in the sun.
