Online Resistance Flexibility training is available with one of our Elite Trainers using one of the several available video conferencing services (Skype, FaceTime, etc.).
Before your online flexibility training session, we recommend to have read the book, Resistance Flexibility 1.0 by Bob Cooley, and be a member of our Training Archive. It also helps to have gone through the 16 stretch energy series enough times for you to have developed an understanding of your body's strengths and weaknesses.
During your session, you can ask any questions you may have about particular exercises you are having problems with or any other issues. You can also perform the exercises you are having trouble with while your trainer watches and gives you feedback. Your trainer can also perform the same exercise so you can see how it is done. This will help you create a customized flexibility and strength training program based on your needs.
