Select the star iconto add an exercise to your favorites.
Select the circled plus iconto add an exercise to another sequence.
Select the name of the exercise to navigate to its individual page which has the photos, video, text description, and ability to add a note.
Select the meridian muscle group icon to learn more about what that exercise is associated with.
Your progress is continuously saved. You will be able to resume from where you left off if you close the window or navigate away from this page.
