Use this list to create or modify your own program to include those exercises that will develop the positive conditions you’d like to "upgrade." Expect to see improvements in your health as you improve your flexibility in each of the sixteen meridian muscle groups.

We recommend that you check your flex every three months (or whenever you'd like) to keep track of your progress. This is a great way to learn about yourself and others physiologically, psychologically, emotionally, and spiritually and to develop in yourself those qualities you most revere in others.

The meridian muscle groups (MMG) with the higher numbers at the top of the list are the aspects of your health with the most room for improvement. The chart is also color coded to give you an idea of how much any of these areas can improve. The areas with most room for improvement are in red, followed by yellow, gray, light blue, and green.
