Because of the exclusive nature of The Genius of Flexibility, trainers have very limited availability. Special rules apply because of this design.
In the context of these rules and regulations, "event" refers to any class, workshop, certification, retreat, private session, or any other offering/service we provide.
A health history form, waiver, and disclaimer must be signed before participation in any event.
All events must be booked and paid for in advance.
Fees for events do vary among trainers and are subject to change.
Event payments are not transferable.
There are no cancellations allowed or refunds provided for any event unless otherwise specified on event listing.
Refunds are not provided and payment is not transferable for events in which you choose to discontinue attendance.
In the event that a trainer is unable to teach a scheduled event, a different trainer may substitute.
At any time and for any reason, we may provide a discount or refund to some or all event participants. The amount and form of these are at our sole discretion and do not entitle you to credits in the future or obligate us to provide credits under any circumstance.
All packages paid for in advance expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
Special rules apply for all certified personal trainers, fitness professionals, physical therapists, athletic trainers, or other health care professionals. Contact us for details.
All health care professionals are invited to participate in only one guest class or private session. When these individuals wish to participate further, a non-compete and non disclosure agreement must be signed, and enrollment in a certification course must precede any further participation.

The Genius of Flexibility reserves the right to cancel any event at any time.
