Over the course of 40 years of research, Cooley has observed that resisting and contracting simultaneously while stretching eliminates accumulated dense fascia and scar tissue that results from trauma, whether physical, emotional, spiritual, or psychological. Cooley’s individualized approach draws upon his discovery pinpointing genetic personality types (GPT) and how GPT impacts our physiological health.
