Most everyone has made great efforts to increase the flexibility of their hamstrings. Let's learn how to use Resistance Flexibility to gain significantly greater results at a faster rate. Create immediate, cumulative, and permanent increases in hamstring flexibility and strength using Resistance Flexibility self and assisted exercises.
There are two main reasons why it may be difficult to increase the flexibility of the hamstrings:
- First, you must use Resistance Flexibility while stretching and not simply elongate your muscles. Yanking on your muscles, breathing into them, etc. simply won’t work. In the medical literature, there are hundreds of studies that conclude that yanking on the hamstrings creates scar tissue and joint damage, while Resistance Flexibility significantly increases the functionality of the lower back, hips, knees, and ankles.
- Second, the largest mass of accumulated dense fascia and scar tissue is in the hamstrings compared to everywhere else in the body!
